I dont what to call this game but its glitching so bad and its for everyone in the game not just me

I don't know if you guys can check live games but if you can view mine right now and see whats happening its unlike anything I have ever seen and I cant find it any where online it looks the same for all players and all players in this game are having the same issue plz check it fast and hurry
