Just played a game against 5 teemo's. Was pretty sure he is permabanned but enemy team said they just all randomed and got Teemo. Not sure if a bug or just really good luck. Not sure if bug or not.

For some reason if everyone chooses not to pick it can give both Karthus and Teemo.
