League Freezing and Crashing (HELP!)

For the past few months, league has been randomly freezing/crashing in-game. sometimes i'll have a couple games that work fine but then it will come back. It almost always happens at around 2 minutes into the game (when the minions get to lane or a little after). The game will freeze and make a noise, (the Windows error sound i think) and I can't alt-tab out. I've gotten the task manager to come up using ctrl-alt-delete but I can't close league using the task manager. The only ways i've been able to get back into the game are: (1). ctrl-alt-delete and sign out of my computer then sign back in and open league back up, or (2). hold the power button on my PC and restart it. I have Xbox Gamebar disabled and I dont think I have AVG or Avast right now but I'm not sure because i've had them before. My graphics card drivers are also up to date. Please Help.

Same here but with a few differences, it didn't crash once when i played a fun co-op vs AI on Twisted Treeline. Next I played a couple of ARAMs and the freezing started: "system error..." (something like that, it goes away so fast I couldn't read it fast enough). It always happens around mid-game, then it constantly freezes the game until it ends every 2-5 minutes. The only way I found to avoid signing out of Windows was to play the game in a window instead of fullscreen (it crashes to desktop if you play like that instead of softlocking the pc), then restarting it. Always ends up with my team blaming me for abandoning them even when i carry the first half of the match. I hope they can fix this soon, I'm not bothering with any PVP match until then.
