bug i think?

i was going to a ranked game while i was in the loading screen crashed first me got in crashed again got in crashed again for the 3rd time ... it was leave (remake) it was my first leave ever... thats really stupid :(.. now i have to wait 5min to get into the game! please make something i wont wait 20min for each game so stupid ! its a bug from the game not me ! =_=.... TY!
