[GAMEPLAY] Unable to use Vi's q for entire game

I've read through forums and found that people are having the same problem. The bug has occurred for me where, if you die whilst casting Vi's Q, you are unable to use it for the rest of the game. This is how it occurred for me last game, if it happens again I will try to get a link/video of the bug. Many Thanks
