Pick/Ban Not Fully Loading

It has happened to me twice now.

I queued for ranked solo/duo. After I accept the game, it loads but not fully. I can hear the entire pick/ban sequence but the screen stays on the normal client screen. Since I am unable to pick a champion, it resulted in two dodges during my gold promo series (two losses) and a 30-minute queue lockout.

think i have something like that too, got into champ select but a timer stopps at zero and suddenly everything catches up leaving me without a champ 2 times
