Map change was for Cloud Dragon. But an Ocean dragon spawned.

A friend of mine recently played on Vietnam server had a weird bug occurred. After 2nd dragon, the map change was for Cloud dragon soul to spawn. However, after the first Cloud dragon died, an Ocean dragon was to spawn next and was not noticed until the team went to kill it.

Is this a known bug and how should it affect gameplay?
