[gameplay] Cant move viktor ult
this has happened a couple times where if you try to control ult by R-clicking after initial cast it will move in random directions.
- Ult.
- try to move it.
- ult moves by itself.
Not sure if it only happens after you move it from attaching it to enemy champion. its occurred a couple times randomly and i cant exactly pinpoint the exact steps to reproduce it.
