Bug with the Skill Point Capsule.

So if you use the Kleptomania rune sometimes it gives you a skill point capsule. If you use it early game, when you get to level 18 the level up an ability overlay just gets stuck on the screen, because you already have all possible skill points at 17 or even 16 . It isn't a major bug or anything but it is really distracting.
