RP was used without showing me the window to confirm my rp use or show me my balance afterwards

I added 1380 RP to my game and was planning on buying the Popstar Ahri skin when i bought her and decided to browse other things to purchase since her skin would leave me with leftover RP. I browsed the ward section but instead of giving me the popup window that shows the balance i will have after my purchase it immediately bought the ward and used my RP and I no longer have enough RP for Ahri's skin and do not want the gingerbread ward if it means i wont be able to get my desired skin. I believe this to be a bug and I am all out of my refunds. If this belongs in another section just let me know and I will move it.
