[GAMEPLAY] Teemo and Homeguard don't mesh well.

So I've noticed this before, thought I just did something wrong, but the other day I was playing Teemo, and I had homeguard on and when I backed, to get back to base the homeguard movespeed wasn't applied. I sat around on the base for a good couple of second to make sure it wasn't just me still being 'in combat' but it was not. I also tried leaving the base and walking back to it to have it apply, and it wouldn't. It was random, because in some situations it will indeed apply and all will be well, but in some random situations (maybe not random, and I just haven't found the link yet), It wouldn't apply itself to me. I started to think it was because of my shrooms, perhaps they put me in combat, but I only experienced the issue one more time and there was no one on any of my shrooms at that time, so I can't be sure as to the cause. Is this a known issue? Am I just crazy? Both?!

I find sometimes I need to step off and back on the shop to get it to apply. I'm not sure if it has something to do with the area where the buff is granted being slightly different from the platform for the shop. It seems to happen more on smaller champs (so their hitbox is smaller and may not hit the buff? ).

From my understanding (as I have experienced this as well), is that if ANYTHING from your teemo aresenal is still doing damage, it won't apply. So if someone walked over a shroom, or is still taking toxic damage, it won't apply. Every time I have tested this, this was the case. even to the point where I didn't shoot a single person, but someone randomly hit a shroom and it cancelled my home guard.

Anyone else confirm that?

I just wanted to revive this. I've yet to play a game as Teemo where I buy Homeguard and this doesn't happen. It's very annoying, running around the shop waiting for the buff to kick in.

Anyting touching your shrooms (for example, the crab moving on one of them) with make you in combat and stop your homeguards
