Lux being Buggy?

So i was playing a game of ARAM and everything was cool up until I maxed my E on Lux and the option to use the skill went away for the rest of the match... I relogged messed with my keybindings and nothing. To add insult to injury My ult kept going right through the enemies Along with my snare... and no i didn't miss because the enemies brought that factor up....
