[GAMEPLAY] Teemo's Blinding Dart and QSS

I recently played a match as Vayne and purchased a Quicksilver Sash to stop Teemo's blind. When tried using the active (this happened multiple times) I was unable to remove the Teemo blind. I then purchased Mercurial Scimitar and ran into the same problem. Are blind able to be QSS'd? Give me some answers please.
