normal(draft) matchmaking

I dont know where to put this at, but someone please take a look at my last 2 normal games, the vlad and viktor one.

This is some ridiculous matchmaking. I normally dont bitch and just move on, but this time I just couldnt let it go. Games are so 1 sided that I cant even practice/learn a champ.

The Viktor game: My team = 1 lvl 16 and 1 lvl 25, 2 plat player and me(d5) I was solo. other team = 2 d1 player, 1 d2 player, 1 d5 player and 1 plat player.

Before someone say it, yeah I know, normal mmr and ranked mmr is not the same. But as u can see, this is an absurd match. So yeah, someone need to look into this cuz this is some big crazy matchmaking.
