Matchmaking unfair at an infinite point

It's not the first time it happen, i always see 4 diamond with 1 lvl 3 player against 4 lvl 20 and a lvl 30 unranked and now i have to deal with master 1 tier in an NORMAL GAME riot should fix their matchmaking seriously the skarner in the game won the game 1v5 alone was impossible to kill and was trolling us on chat cause he is master against low lvl player....
