[GAMEPLAY] Blitz hook got canceled without any particular reason

I was playing bot lane and at one point in the game I landed a hook on thresh, the hook just stopped like it was cleansed for no reason because nobody had cleanse or mikaels. Strange thing, it happened only one time so far.
