[CLIENT] Hover-over stats disappear in Item List maker

When trying to create an item set, some items have their hover-over stats disappear. Some items sometimes don't experience this problem, but a majority of items seem to have them disappear.

The hover-over text works at first, but them subsequent hover-overs with the mouse fail to load in the tooltip until you tab out and back into the editor.

Makes it insanely annoying to check item stats when making a build.

edit: Dragging the item into the item list then hovering back over it temporarily restores the tooltip, though it is prone to breaking again.
