Setup App not Opening

So i keep trying to download league on my laptop and maybe its some of the settings but whenever I try to open the set up (which is downloaded directly from the site and downloads the client) it asks for the admin password which I had forgotten I don't know if this is a bug or my laptop or what but I would like to know as well as finding a way around it so I can play the game
