Players not ready glitch

Whenever I try to play the game (Solo matches and matches with friends) It tells me players aren't ready. Then, when the queue accept pops up, it doesn't show me at the correct time and tells me I declined the ready check.

Sometimes, it lets me into the champ select, but I freeze on my champion select and it kicks me too for not choosing. I tried connecting on a hot spot and it fixed the issue, but I can't always play on a hot spot and for some reason it won't work with my normal wifi.

Help please?
