Ranked Bug 10/14/15

I start a ranked game like I usually do and everything is going good until it loads and I realize my sound isn't working. So first I attempt three methods to fix this odd bug. First I plug and unplug my head set, but that doesn't work. Then I try just the audio of my pc, this also doesn't work. Last of all I try resetting the in game settings, but this didn't help either. Finally I end up quitting the game and try re logging which surprisingly worked after 20 minutes of struggling (my sound worked out of game when I turned on some music.)Not being able to lane without sound and the fact that I had to quit the game for a couple minutes resulted in me being in a very unbalanced game that wouldn't have turned this way without technical issues. As the game continues I realize that the mid inner turret that appeared on my screen wasn't actually still alive, this was the second and last glitch I noticed during this ranked game I eventually loss. I hope this report will help you fix these problems for others don't have to go through my pain. Thanks!
