Xin Zhao Packet Loss Bug

It started yesterday when i got into a ranked game playing xin zhao and got so frustrating because as soon as i strated hitting a buff i started getting insanse packet loss, it lasted for 15 minutes with multiple dc's then stopped once i reached lvl 10 or so. i thought it was just my internet so i thought nothing of it until it happened again the next game, again i pick xin zhao and start lagging as soon as i start hitting a buff. I played a normal game of top lane renekton and had no packet loss i even forgot about it and then the next game i played a solo xin zhao ranked game and the same thing happened!

I went into a custom game picked xin zhao to check and big surprise i started lagging again, then to make sure i left and went into another custom game where i picked ezreal and there was no packet loss problem, therefore it MUST be Xin Zhao and im surprised i havent seen anything about it yet.
