I downloaded LoL last night on windows 8.1 and was ready to launch and this morning its stuck 33%
Please help me I just wanna play League Of Legends someone help please!!

Close it and re-open it. Let it sit. Sometimes it freezes, sometimes it is just taking its time downloading. It happens quite a bit when I am updating, and usually just backing out and reopening it makes it continue. If it freezes, give it at least 10-20 minutes, if it doesn't move from that then it is frozen.
you're lucky. My patcher is just blanked out. I've left it open for about 20 minutes. I'm assuming it freezes upong loading so there's no way in hell I get to play league for awhile.
When it stays at 33% leave it alone for 15 minutes. Sometimes the program takes longer to extract and apply files.
