Ekko Nexus Gameend Bug [GAMEPLAY]

When you play and you use his ult or you use right before the enemy nexus is destroyed, and then the ult activates (the teleport and heal) or the Zhonias ends, Ekko is vulnerable and enemy bots can attack Ekko and he can die eventhough the game has ended. You can watch the video to see it :)
