Ever since the new patch where they fixed her ulti I've noticed I can grab my Q orb from E with W while still applying the E stun and damage. You could do it before, but it wouldn't apply E's stun or dmg. It's also graphically confusing.
It's relatively simple to replicate, as one can see from the video link. Q>E>W but you have to grab the orb with W before the E pushes it too far.
It's not new from this patch (it doing all instances of damage/still stunning the target). I think I've made a post about it about a month ago, so it would be minimum from 7.24 and it's probably from before that. It's probably a ''feature'' that they never bothered to look at, but it's actually pretty usefull in fringe cases where there are no other W targets (especially since all instances of damage go off when it doesn't bug out).
