Not receiving crates

I've been having a problem where I would achieve an S rank on a champion but I didn't receive the loot crates. I checked to see if there were available to me for the month and they are but I still haven't been receiving crates. This has been going on for two weeks now and it's starting to feel like there is a bug going on with the loot crate system. Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.
