abilities not working on multiple champs

I would like to report my abilities not working with two of my champs in multiple games. When I play with vi my q stops working around level 3 or 4 and the same with Sion. My ult also didn't work with sion in multiple games. I have seen these issues in ARAM and Draft, and there isn't a problem with my keyboard. Any help would be appreciated. When I looked up possible answers I saw that the problem with vi has been around since patch 4.3 and I really think these bugs should be handled at the very much in almost a years time.
