Bug of “Heartseeker Orianna”
This skin causes more than one pointers of ori's ball present but only one of them are show the position of the ball correctly

This is an ongoing bug, with all Ori skins (including the classic). When a champion dies with the ball attached, it becomes invisible and creates a new indicator in the direction they were when they died.
It's not the skin, she's just visually buggy, for instance, place your ball on an ally and ult right when they die, your ball disappears until you cast another spell.
Yeh, I've noticed this too on TPA. I had 5 indicators around me at once at the end of the game, and only really noticed it heading to another lane. I usually don't look at my champion much when I play outside of the start of the game, so it seemed weird to me and I assumed it was a 1 time thing.
