The new Swain and the mass lag he is causing to the team

So, the new Swain rework just got released, and at first, it was like nothing. But when i played a game of Twisted Treeline, it was lagging our whole team, and their Swain had 18/1/0, he was melting our team.

Hopefully this gets fixed because i cannot afford loseing to lag.

Happened to me... was nasus and had 500 stacks. Lagged so much I literly had about 3 fps and couldn't even walk up and q their carries. We lost due to lag, our fed twitch would randomly just stop autoing and that was game

Hell yeah, this happened to me. Lost a ranked game over it, and now I have to permaban swain. Cmon riot.
