Game just crashes in the loading screeen

so this is happening to me for some time now.....i played a bot game in twisted treeline game and my game crashed in the the loading screen i try reconnecting but the game crashes again so when i check the prob through that microsoft thing and is shows apphang for some reasons....but after 4 mins i reconnect successfully . but then i try playing a ranked flex game ..it all goes smooth in the champ select but in the loading screen it hangs /crashes again whereas my internet is perfectly fine and my team remaked the game and now i am in lower priorty que ....any way to fix the hanging of my game riot.....it would really be appreciated if u guyz help me out :([zombie-brand-facepalm] [sg-janna]
