Riot's support options in the browser are way too complicated for me to submit anything for help.

I want to use profanity to express how angry their system makes me. Being that i have just found a glitch that affected me negatively, i want to seek help for my issue. I can't do that however because their system is made for people who have lots of experience with computers. It is also a tedious problem to go through and implies that we understand where exactly our problem lies. RITO I would be very greatful if you could help me with my problem that affects me very much and very negatively.

I was waiting for a ranked game. All the while i was watching youtube. Then the accept button appeared and i clicked it. The launcher screen turned black and there was a loading symbol on the mouse. I waited 30 seconds and then i clicked the "x" to log off. I realized it was a ranked game i was probably connected to and clicked NO to stay in the lobby. Then it took me to the home screen on the launcher. The mouse had a loading symbol on it still. I lost Lp and now i have to wait 5:30 to get into games. That is all i know.

Why don't you just calm down and say what you know? Nobody expects you to have computer expertise to describe your problem; you have to start somewhere, though.

Listen to me, it's not hard.

  1. Press support button in upper right hand corner.
  2. Click "Submit a Request", also in upper right hand corner.
  3. Click "I have a question about League of Legends/Riot Games" from the drop down.
  4. Fill out the form, making sure to select your category from the drop down.
  5. Drag and drop any files you want to attach at the bottom.
  6. Click Submit.
