Lag when using Jhin's R (Curtain Call)

Everytime when i use Jhin's ultimate and aim to kill my target, that target kinda teleports around like he is using flash. I thought it's because i have toaster PC, but i've seen my friends and youtube videos about this so it's not about my toaster :P Please fix it so we can enjoy playing that fabolous champ ~
