@Riot why is Viktor still playable on live?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HmGvTGK92UQ Why is this a thing? Can you please remove him from live or fix this issue? Its genuinely game breaking in situations like this. For those of you too lazy/scared to click links, Viktor, being chased by Syndra, uses his sheild, then gets ulted by Syndra and ignited, taking absolutely no visible damage to his health bar from either basically. Jw why he is still live if there are dozens of videos and probably posts about this very issue?
