Client store is bugged and all tabs of store are broken

So as the screenshots show my store is bugged and entirely unusable. I click on anything and nothing happens. I went as far as uninstalling and reinstalling, restarting, and it still is not working. It's upsetting because I wanted to get the new jinx skin while it was on sale but can't do so. I cannot buy rp either

Edit: I think this was the result of a game crash that crashed my entire computer and had to restart. I had a popup about the pvp kernal or something as well. Also all my settings were deleted other than key bindings
