[Gameplay] Zilean double bombs do not stun on person teleporting in nor deal damage from first bomb

I was playing mid vs a mid and every time the went to back i would push up of coure and when he used his teleport to come back to lane he teleports near the back end of the tower so thats where i would throw double bombs to proc the stun and damges and thunderlords. When you have the double bombs sit right where he will path everytime, would not get stunned nor take damage from the first bomb and take normal damage from the second bomb when the timer on it runs out.
