My client won't start

Hello, since the new patch (5.9) my client won't start. I've tried many fixes from the old forum and riot suggestions but nothing works. When I try to start League of Legends I just get the logo, and after about 2-4 minutes I get a "RADS error" I've tried reinstalling the client but that doesn't work either. I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, but I'm new to the "boards".
