Hextech Crafting Not Working Properly

I went into my Loot tab and created a key, open a box, and got a champion shard. I mouse over it i don't see any option to destroy it for shards. It's the same for skin shards. i do see it says own or activatable, but no option to click on.

EDIT: nvm seems that restarting it made it work again
