Invisible abilities in a certain area in the bottom river

You can see it all in the attached link. Fizz ult was invisible and the Akali shroud is also nowhere to be really distinctly seen. This is something probably related to the textures in the area, since the ult had been consistent the whole game, but just not in that area, and something seems to also be going on with akali shroud, which leads me to believe this. Hopefully this can get looked into.
