[GAMEPLAY] Ziggs Bug! Bombs not showing up.

This one is actually more major than my last. Ziggs is bugged. On some screens, his bombs are not showing up. You can only see the trail. This affects ALL of his explosives, and doesn't seem to be a result of settings being too high or too low.
