re-connection bug

as of patch 6.23 is champion on the enemy team (lets just say red) leaves the game a chat message will appear in the red teams chat but is they reconnect then in the red chat it will say they reconnected and the narrator will also say so but on the blue team the narrator will also announce it to the blue team .
