FIX: If your Bluetooth headset only gets voice chat audio and not in-game sounds

I have the issue that a few people reported. Voice chat comes through my Bluetooth headset, but with low audio quality and no in-game sounds. I found a temporary fix, but it's ugly. The issue has to do with Bluetooth profiles and how audio gets processed for them.

The kludge requires you to turn off a setting on the headset and then using the computer's built-in microphone to pick up your voice.

To turn off the setting and use the computer's microphone:

  1. Control panel - devices and printers - - Services tab - uncheck "hands free telephony"
  2. Then ensure that your default playback and recording device is set to the bluetooth headset and mic.
  3. Go to League Voice settings, select the "Default input device" or whatever microphone you're using that's not on the headset.

PS - I know this is the "Report a Bug" board...didn't know if there was a better place to post this.
