[GAMEPLAY] Caitlin Auto Attack Doesn't Hit Minions Properly

When going to auto attack minions, the damage of the auto attack occurs before the bullet actually makes it to the minion. It wasn't 100% of the time, and from what I've seen, the further away the minion, the more likelier the bug occurred. I also saw that her Q animation seemed to not shoot with the correct timing. I noticed this less, but I still saw it occur. Note: I have played the champion 3 times, and it occurred in some fashion throughout all of the games.

Lastly, I was using the Headhunter Caitlin skin, so if it turns out that the default skin is fine, then you should check the skin that I used.

UPDATE: I asked around and apparently it is a problem with the champion in general, and is not only effecting the headhunter skin.
