(Item Sets) Absolutely no items say, "This item is not available on Summoner's Rift"

Bug:

1. In Item Sets, hover over any item that is truly not available in game on Summoner's Rift (Beta)
2. The description will NOT contain "Summoner's Rift" after "This item is not available on the following maps:" (See Image 1 attached)

I believe this problem has two main sources:

1. The new Summoner's Rift is in Beta so all of the old items that were never available on Summoner's Rift are now glitched
2. Items that were removed from Summoner's Rift (Beta) might not have had their properties updated to include Summoner's Rift (Beta) as a map excluded from it. I am led to this because Executioner's Calling does NOT even include "This item is not available on the following maps:" even though Wicked Hatchet does even while excluding Summoner's Rift or any map at all. (See Image 1 and Image 2 attached)

This bug is very miss leading to the user and I even got tripped up while trying to create an Item Set for Summoner's Rift and learned the hard way it was not available in game.
