Why do i see their chat in post game if i blocked someone? Do you find it working as intended Riot clowns?

Why do people feel the need to throw insults, because they don't fully understand how something works?
The feature is specifically in-game, not your hud client. Your hud client literally closes itself down so it can open the actual game up when a match starts.
