Champion Select "Lock in" Unresponsive

This is the first time this has ever happened to me, but in a ranked champion select, I selected my champion and then clicked the orange "Lock in" button. Nothing happened. I then clicked it again, nothing. 7 seconds left. I then rapidly click it over and over again and the only feedback I receive is the sound it makes when you click it; but no lock-in occurred. I lose 3 LP and get placed on a 6 min queue cooldown. I'm curious as to if this has happened to anyone else.... (A speed test shows that I am not showing any signs of lag)
