Account Can't Join or Be Invited To Club

I started to level up an alternate account. My main account is the owner of a club, and I wanted to get my alternate also in the same club. Whenever I tried to invite myself, the invites never went through. I tried to have someone who I promoted invite me, and I still couldn't see the invite.

I was wondering if there was a level cap to joining clubs that I wasn't aware of or if the issue lies somewhere else. I tried to make a club as well to see if I could do anything, and I got an error. I attached the error to this post.

Hopefully this can get resolved.
