[Client] Unable to collect gemstones from Hextech Chest AND Unable to block other players

Both occurred on the latest patch: 6.24.16_12_02_11_21 All other client buttons and tabs were functional, including the minimize and close button

Unable to collect gemstones from Hextech Chest (Main Concern) Just forged a key so that I could use it to open a chest. When I opened the chest I received an Eve Champion Shard (already have the champion) and a Gemstone, which I already had 2 of at the time, but I noticed that only the Eve Champion Shard was added to my inventory while my Gemstone count was still 2 not 3.

Steps to reproduces:

• Unable to reproduce because I do not have keys nor the luck to get another gemstone

Unable to block other players Simply, was not able to block players at the post-game result screen by right clicking and pressing "Block Player" AND also by manually typing in the player's name in the "Block List" tab. No confirmation or warning message appeared when performing either of the actions.

Steps to reproduce" * Try blocking a player

*Edit (5:32 PM EST) - The issue with blocking other players was only temporary. I didn't close and reopen the client to see if it could fix the problem, which it did, so disregard that. The only problem I am having now is the missing gemstone that disappeared.
