Remake function did not work and caused a loss?

The Ivern never connected, including from the loading screen. 3 minutes went by and the game did not give us the remake option, and typing /remake told us we couldnt remake. Ivern never once connected and never once stepped away from the center of the fountain.

Why was this game not a remake?

You are probably incorrect in assuming that he never connected. I've never heard of this issue happening. Fill out a ticket.

I am 100% sure that he did not connect. Beyond a shadow of a doubt. If I can figure out the new replay system it'd show it.
