Left-Handed Mouses

Since the new update, its impossible to change your mouse settings.

It has always been not very simple, but it was possible, when you edited the input.ini/persistedsettings.json file. But this is not working right now, because of a reset of the persisted settings at each start of the game. Is it really that hard to let users change their mouse buttons as it is possible for every other key? Riot, please fix that.
