pls help me!

ok so I go into a game right so far I have 2230 ip then when I log out and go back in I have 2149 ip so it takes away my ip and I'm trying to get if anyone is reading this I hope you can help me. this has happened to me about 5 times so if you could restore my ip or help me get gnar it would be nice also if someone is having this problem to pls say thank you glhf
