Unable To Connect To Server

Recently with the 4.21 patch I have been encountering this message box that is attached in the link. I have all my firewalls allowing LoL client and everything, and it sometimes works if I just hit the x on the corner of the box, then hit reconnect. But it causes me to be AFK in several games and I have had few warnings about it but I'm trying to fix it. Right now I've tried restarting the LoL client and logging back in and I cannot connect at all to the server. I am running it on Windows 8 I appreciate any help at all!
